These terms and conditions outline the rules for using the Hype Stack website, maintained by BetterTyped. By using the site you accept these terms in full.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Hype Stack if you do not agree to all of the terms stated on this page.

The website uses cookies to help personalize your experience and keep you signed in. By accessing Hype Stack you agree to the use of required cookies.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, BetterTyped and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for the material published on the Hype Stack website. All rights are reserved. You may view this material for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions in these terms and in the License Agreement.

You must not:

  • Republish material from the Hype Stack website.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Hype Stack website.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Hype Stack website.
  • Redistribute content from the Hype Stack website.

This does not restrict use of Hype Stack packs and templates you have purchased, which are governed by the License Agreement.

Support and "As-Is" Disclaimer

Hype Stack packs and templates are starters. The delivered code is a one-time injection (a snapshot) provided in its current state.

End of support upon modification: the moment you modify, extend, or adapt the injected code, all direct technical support from the creator terminates. From that point forward, the code is entirely your property and responsibility. If you can reproduce a problem on an unmodified copy of the item, report it and we will look into it.

Packs on modified projects: the same applies to installing packs into a modified project. Packs are designed to be added when a project is started, on top of unmodified code. We cannot foresee how you change your codebase, so adding packs to a modified project may not work and is not covered by support.

Use at your own risk: the code is provided "AS-IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

User Comments

Parts of this website, such as the roadmap, let users post and exchange opinions and information. We do not filter, edit, or review these comments before they appear. Comments reflect the views of the person who posted them, not those of BetterTyped or its maintainers. To the extent permitted by law, BetterTyped is not liable for comments or for any damages or expenses arising from their use or posting. We reserve the right to remove comments that are unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Hyperlinking to Our Content

The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval:

In no event shall the aggregate liability of BetterTyped exceed the total amount paid by you to BetterTyped for the specific product in question during the prior three months.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BetterTyped and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the website and products, or from your violation of any term of these Terms.
