License Agreement
What you can and cannot do with Hype Stack packs and templates.

Overview
This agreement sets out the permissions granted for each item available for purchase or download on Hype Stack (each an "Item"). If you are buying for a team, please support the project by selecting the license that matches your team size at checkout.
License Grant
Hype Stack grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital work (the "Item") under the terms below.
Permitted Uses
- ✓Create end products: build unlimited end products for yourself or your clients.
- ✓Distribute: end products may be sold, licensed, sub-licensed, or freely distributed.
- ✓Modify: change, adapt, and combine the Item with other works to create derivative works. Those works stay subject to this license.
- ✓Reuse: use an Item across the projects covered by your license.
Prohibited Uses
- ✕Marketplace resale: you cannot sell, resell, or distribute the Item or derivative works on any marketplace, including Hype Stack and other platforms.
- ✕Competing templates: you cannot create themes, templates, starter kits, or boilerplates from the Item to sell or give away.
- ✕No-code / low-code builders: you cannot use the Item as part of a no-code or low-code page builder, website builder, or similar product that lets end users generate apps or sites from templates.
Enforcement
Violations of these terms will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Sample End Products
End products include, but are not limited to: commercial or personal websites, mobile apps, web apps, games, illustrations, wireframes, presentations, and videos.
Third-Party Components
Some Items include components sourced elsewhere under different terms, such as open source or Creative Commons licenses. Those components are identified in the Item description or downloaded files and remain governed by their own licenses.
Ownership
The author retains ownership of the Item and grants you a license under these terms. This agreement is between you and the author.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE ITEMS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ITEMS OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE ITEMS.
You are responsible for testing and validating each Item for your own use case before deploying it to production.
