We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, purchase a pack or template, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, and payment details. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

When you create an account we note how you found us: the site that linked to you, any campaign or partner code in the link, the first page you opened, and your country. Your browser sends all of this with the request anyway, so we do not use a cookie or store anything on your device for it. We keep it with your account to see which channels bring people in and to credit affiliate partners, and we rely on our legitimate interest in doing so. It is separate from the optional analytics in the cookie banner, which stays off until you allow it. You can object at any time by writing to us, and we will delete it.

We count visits and the pages people open with PostHog, hosted in the EU. Until you allow analytics in the cookie banner this runs without cookies and without storing or reading anything on your device. PostHog turns your IP address and browser type into a hash with a key that changes every day, keeps only the hash, and cannot link one day's visit to the next or to your account. We rely on our legitimate interest in knowing which pages work. If you allow analytics, PostHog also sets a cookie, may record how you use the site with typed text masked, and links that to your account once you sign in. You can change your answer from the cookie settings in the footer, or object by writing to us.

We use your information to provide and improve Hype Stack, process purchases, deliver license keys and downloads, send important account and order updates, and respond to support requests.

When you comment on the roadmap, create a new roadmap ticket, or participate in GitHub issues for this project, your first and last name are shown publicly next to your contribution. Anyone viewing those comments, tickets, or issues can see this information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We rely on third-party services to run Hype Stack, including payment processing, authentication, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and only receive the information they need to perform their function.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
